Be 112% sure before placing your orders. Scan your form response properly before submitting. Once submitted, no cancellations and changes are allowed.

All order confirmations are automated. Orders will not be posted in the masterlist until the customer acknowledges it. Likewise, failure to acknowledge the email may lead to cancellation of order. Inform us immediately if there are any errors or discrepancies in the OC.

Failure to send in payments will automatically lead to cancellation of orders and being blacklisted from the shop. A cancellation fee (50% of item price) is required which will allow you to transact with us in the future. Cancellation can only be done ONCE.

PATIENCE IS A MUST. No rushing of orders as all of our products are for pre-order and bought directly from Korea. Packing and local shipping may take a week depending on the amount of orders we have to pack and ship.

There are instances where defects and damages to the items happen even before it arrives at our warehouse in Korea. Further, there are also cases that the supplier/site gives us inadequate amounts of pre-order benefits. Both situations are beyond our control but we will contact the customer as soon as we are alerted of such to inform them and provide them the possible steps to be taken.

Arrival of goods in our PH address may take 4-8 weeks after shipment from Korea. Had there been damages incurred by the items from international shipping, we will inform the customers ASAP.

Take note that ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival. All delays are out of our hands.

Full payment must be made to process your orders. We do not accept downpayment unless otherwise stated.

No payment form, no processing of orders. Do not forget to fill out the payment form for every payment made.

A payment notice will be sent after the deadline. The day after receiving the email, a fee of PHP 50 each day, until the 7th day, will be added to the payment due. If no payment is done until then, order will be cancelled and the customer will be blacklisted.

In case of adjustment on the shipping fees, customer will be informed immediately. This happens when the items are bulky or need more layers of protection.

We will not be held liable for any damages and delays that may occur once the packages are already in the local courier's possession. We always make sure that your items are packed properly before handing it to them.

In case of damaged or missing items, a clear unboxing video is required as proof. Otherwise, claims will not be recognized. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE.

Combined shipping is only allowed for items that arrived at the same time. Else, orders are needed to be shipped immediately to give way to incoming boxes. Bulky items, if not under that same Order ID, cannot be combined unless under Same-day Delivery.

No refunds will be given unless your order is out of stock.

Unclaimed orders and orders with balances will be held up for 4 weeks. No refunds will be issued for these items.

Customers are expected to read and follow all Terms & Conditions and instructions indicated in the Order Confirmation. Failure to follow any of them may lead to being blacklisted without prior notice.

The shop is eligible to refuse service to customers for other reasons not stated above.
